Whether buying or selling investment real estate, I create value, many times through more innovative and cost-effective solutions.  From initial project consultation through final implementation, I have the expertise and resources to guide you through each step of the process, while also saving you considerable time, money, and energy.  Of course, if you’d rather be a passive investor, I may have opportunities available for that as well and have consistently offered my debt investors a solid 9-12% annual return.

You may not always need an in-depth valuation with countless hours of research for your project.  Depending on the complexity, services are structured on either a flat fee, commission, profit sharing, or combination of options.  Your profit is a good thing.  I want you to come back again.
