According to Loopnet, the average asking price for the Everett area has decreased 1.3% year-over-year and increased 3.1% in just the last 3 months up to $179.27 per square foot. Washington state has decreased 2.2% year-over-year and increased 4.0% in the last 3 months to $130.66 per square foot.
According to Loopnet, the average asking price for the Everett area has increased 5.4% year-over-year and just 3.1% in just the last 3 months up to $105.51 per square foot. Washington state has decreased 1.5% year-over-year and 1.6% in the last 3 months to $82.37 per square foot.
According to Loopnet, the average asking price for the Everett area has increased 7.2% year-over-year and just 5.6% in just the last 3 months up to $186.57 per square foot. Washington state has decreased 1.1% year-over-year and .9% in the last 3 months to $139.72 per square foot.
According to Loopnet, the average asking price for the Everett area has increased 29.8% year-over-year and just 17.9% in just the last 3 months up to $119,500 per unit. Washington state has increased only 5.9% year-over-year and 4.1% in the last 3 months to $84,800 per unit.
